First-Day Workflow
The 30-minute tour that gets you productive on day one.
Your first 30 minutes
This is the shortest path from "I just got an invite" to "I can run my own site."
1. Sign in and complete your profile
Add your name, role title, and a photo so teammates can recognize you in comments and assignments.
2. Tour the navigation
The left sidebar groups everything by area: Sites, Surveys, Assignments, Tickets, OneSnap, Organization, and Help. The top bar holds search and your account menu.
3. Open an existing site
If your team already has sites, pick one to explore the Site Detail page — elements, attachments, reports, gallery, and assignments are all tabs along the top.
4. Create a practice site
Use Sites → Create a Site to set up a sandbox you can experiment in.
5. Upload a floor plan
On your practice site, open Surveys → Upload a Floor Plan and try dragging an element onto the canvas.
6. Install the mobile app
Search for OneSurvey in the App Store or Play Store, sign in, and pull up your practice site to confirm photos and elements sync.
