Sites Overview

What is a Site?

A Site is the top-level container for everything you do at a physical location. Inside a site you'll find buildings, floors, areas, devices, surveys, photos, reports, and assignments.

The Sites page

Open Sites from the sidebar to see all sites you have access to. Use the search and filters to narrow by client, status, or owner.

Hierarchy at a glance

• Organization — your company in OneSurvey.
• Site — a single physical location.
• Building → Floor → Area — sub-locations within the site.
• Device — the equipment installed at an area.
