Accept your invitation and sign in for the first time.

Accept your invitation
You'll receive an email from OneSurvey with a Join your team button. Click it to set a password and complete your profile.
Tip — invitations expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, ask your organization owner to resend it from Organization → Users.
Signing in
- Go to your organization's OneSurvey URL.
- Enter your work email and password.
- If your org uses SSO, click Continue with SSO instead.
Forgot your password?
Use Reset password on the sign-in page. You'll receive a one-time link valid for 30 minutes.
Trouble signing in?
- Double-check the URL — every organization has its own subdomain.
- Try a private/incognito window to rule out cached credentials.
- Contact your organization owner if your seat may have been deactivated.
