Data retention

We retain your Content for as long as your account is active so you can continue accessing it. After cancellation, you can sign in to view or download your Content. If you request deletion, we remove your Content from production systems; deleted Content may persist in encrypted backups for a reasonable period before being purged.

Children

OneSurvey is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

International users

OneSurvey is based in California, United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your home country.
