Audit Finding → Service Ticket

Turn an issue caught during an audit into tracked service work.

When to use

Anytime an audit surfaces a defect, mis-install, or compliance gap that needs action.

  1. Step 1Completed

    Run the audit

    Walk the site against the audit template.

  2. Step 2Completed

    Capture the finding

    Log severity, photos, and notes against the affected device.

  3. Step 3Active

    Promote to ticket

    From the finding, click Create Ticket and pick a priority.

  4. Step 4Pending

    Assign and resolve

    Assign to a technician; SLA timer starts on creation.

  5. Step 5Pending

    Close the loop

    On resolution, the audit finding flips to Resolved automatically.
