Photos won't sync

  1. Check your internet on the mobile app.
  2. Open Settings → Sync Queue to see pending items and retry.
  3. If still stuck, sign out and back in; the queue is preserved.

Floor plan looks blurry

Re-upload using a vector PDF if possible. Scanned images lose detail at high zoom.

"Element not visible" on canvas

Check Visibility Filters in the toolbar — the element's category may be hidden.

I can't see the Organization menu

Your role doesn't include org-admin access. Ask your Owner.
