Photos won't sync
- Check your internet on the mobile app.
- Open Settings → Sync Queue to see pending items and retry.
- If still stuck, sign out and back in; the queue is preserved.
Floor plan looks blurry
Re-upload using a vector PDF if possible. Scanned images lose detail at high zoom.
"Element not visible" on canvas
Check Visibility Filters in the toolbar — the element's category may be hidden.
I can't see the Organization menu
Your role doesn't include org-admin access. Ask your Owner.
