Custom fields
Add your own fields to a site for anything your team tracks — region, building owner, lease ID, anything. Fields can be text, number, dropdown, or date.
Tags
Use tags for cross-cutting groupings (e.g. "priority-client", "phase-2"). Tags show up in filters across the org.
