When monitoring or a field report flags a device as Offline or Degraded.

    Reboot, firmware check, and connectivity tests.

    On-site visit

    Dispatch a technician if remote fixes fail.

    Repair or RMA

    Replace or RMA per warranty status.

    Restore and document

    Set device back to Active; lifecycle event logged automatically.
